With experience running a small business and navigating the world of social media, I’m here to help you manage your business experience in the digital space.
Congratulations on booking your Content Day! This focused session is designed to support your digital presence management by capturing high-quality, evergreen assets you’ll use across social media, PR, speaking opportunities, and thought leadership platforms.
Rather than creating “trendy content,” Content Day is about building a visual library that reflects your expertise, credibility, and personality — so your online presence feels cohesive, intentional, and easy to maintain.
Whether you’re a coach, speaker, wellness professional, or service-based business owner, this session helps ensure your digital footprint aligns with where you’re going next.

Planning one outfit change is the easiest way to create variety without overcomplicating the session. We’ll aim for looks that support both approachability and authority, while staying true to your brand colors.
If you have established brand colors, choose outfits that reflect them — or sit comfortably within that color family. This helps your content feel cohesive across platforms and instantly recognizable as you.
For example:

Props also play a big role in telling your brand story. Think about the tools and items you use every day that represent your business. A notary might bring a journal, pens, and their laptop, while a baker could showcase mixing bowls, rolling pins, or even finished treats. The goal is to highlight what makes your business unique while keeping it authentic to your daily routine.
Since you’ve already chosen your location, the next step is to make sure it’s ready for filming. Take a moment to tidy up and remove any distractions that don’t fit the vibe of your brand. A clean, well-organized space will allow your content to shine and ensure your visuals look polished.
For instance, if we’re shooting in your office, consider clearing away clutter and styling your desk with a few intentional items like a plant, a coffee mug, or a branded notebook. If we’re at a storefront, double-check that displays or product shelves are neatly arranged and ready for their close-up.

If we’ll be filming at your storefront or workplace, make sure your team knows I’m coming! This helps avoid any surprises and allows everyone to prepare ahead of time.
It’s also a good idea to identify which team members or collaborators are comfortable being on camera. This way, we can plan ahead and ensure everyone feels confident and included. And if there are any team members under 18 or individuals who’d prefer not to be filmed, let me know so I can respect their preferences.
I know being on camera can feel a little intimidating, but don’t worry—I’ll guide you every step of the way. During our session, I’ll help you find natural poses and movements that feel authentic to you. Whether it’s filming you typing at your laptop, greeting a customer, or packing an order, I’ll make sure you feel confident and look your best.
If you’re feeling nervous, one great tip is to practice beforehand. Set up your phone and record a few short clips of yourself in action. This can help you get used to seeing yourself on camera and find poses or angles you love.
Content Day is all about capturing the heart of your brand, so come ready to share your personality and passion. Think about what moments or routines you want to highlight. For example, if you’re a florist, maybe you’d like to showcase yourself arranging bouquets or delivering a finished product to a happy customer.
Don’t be afraid to get creative! If there’s a specific trend, audio, or style you’d like to incorporate into your Reels, let me know ahead of time. This helps us maximize our hour together and ensures you walk away with content you’re proud to share.

Once we wrap, I’ll take everything we captured and edit it into ready-to-use assets that feel cohesive, intentional, and aligned with your overall digital presence.
You’ll receive a mix of talking-head clips and evergreen B-roll designed to support not just social media, but also PR opportunities, speaking materials, and thought leadership placements over time.
This work becomes the foundation for how you show up digitally — and I’m excited to build it with you!

Erin, we are all looking forward to content day. We will have an extra change of clothes, maybe just a blazer. I have shared this with the others.
